Here at Phoenix Yoga we specialise in working with over 40s who want to discover simple, practical ways to stay strong, flexible and feeling good for life.

We offer a wide variety of live online Yoga classes that are expertly tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’ve been practising Yoga for years or you’ve never been on the mat before and have no idea what to expect, we’d love to welcome you into our classes.

These classes include a functional, active practice tailored to meet each person’s specific needs so no two classes are ever the same.

The movements are integrated with a strong focus on the breath so not only does your body benefit from your practice, your mind does too.

Live online group Yoga classes


We can offer you a wide variety of live, online Yoga classes so you can practise without even leaving the house!

Imagine being able to attend your favourite Yoga class without even leaving the comfort of your own home. You'll be able to see and hear your teacher as they guide you through the practice. You'll also be able to speak to them and ask questions in real time, just as you would in a regular Yoga class. However, activating your camera (so we can see you) is optional so if you want the freedom to do your Yoga practice in your PJs you can!

We offer weekly live Yoga classes on a 6 class term basis. If you can’t make your regular class, just let us know and we can arrange to switch you to a different class during the term so you don’t miss out. You’ll also have access to our members’ area which contains a variety of recordings from our live classes for you to use at home.

Online classes are the perfect way to look after your own well-being, stay in touch with your Yoga friends and keep your practice going.

Our Hatha Yoga classes are tailored to your experience and fitness level so you'll always be able to work in a way that's right for you.

Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from injury or simply looking to enhance your overall well-being, this Yoga class offers a safe and supportive environment where you can explore and evolve at your own pace.

Using an intelligently tailored program of accessible movement and simple breathwork we'll gently unravel tension, improve mobility and cultivate resilience in both body and mind.

Therapeutic Yoga for relaxation

Our therapeutic Yoga for relaxation class includes simple movements, seated breathwork and guided relaxation exercises.

Whether life's got you feeling tense, achy or just plain frazzled, this class is your invitation to slow down, tune in and treat yourself to some much-needed TLC.

You’ll leave your practice feeling refreshed and ready to face the rest of the week.

Therapeutic Yoga and breathwork

In this practice, we'll explore how the breath can help us connect with our bodies, calm our minds and tap into our inner wisdom.

We'll experiment with techniques that can aid with stress relief and increasing focus.

This class is suitable for all levels, with modifications offered as needed.

As a beginner stepping into Yoga was a new concept in physical well being for me. Having been very fit and active all my life, it seemed the perfect solution to try out Yoga. The outcome as I enter my third year with Marc at Phoenix Yoga, has been exceptional.

Weekly online group class costs

Our 75 minute online Yoga classes cost 60€ for 6 classes to use during our fixed date term. You can mix and match classes during the term but classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. A pro-rata option is available if you are starting with us mid-term.

Our 45 minute online Yoga classes cost 46€ for a 6 week fixed date term. Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. A pro-rata option is available if you are starting with us mid-term.

We also offer an unlimited classes package for each term. This costs 86€. The price is per person and for classes from our online weekly group timetable only (excludes classes from our short courses timetable, taster classes, in person classes, workshops etc). Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable in any circumstances. A pro-rata option is available if you are starting with us mid-term.

Our Viniyoga for beginners course includes six 45 minute sessions over 6 weeks.

During the course we will guide you through the basics of Yoga including the postures you will meet in most classes, how to work with the breath and how to personalise your practice to suit you better.

We'll demystify what happens in a Yoga class so you'll finish the course feeling ready to join any of our general group Yoga classes.

The group size will be small to make sure everyone gets the individual attention they need.

Practising yoga with Marc has been a revelation. After years of failed attempts to enjoy yoga, his guidance has proved to be an eye opener into the possibilities and benefits that yoga can offer.

Without exception, each class is friendly, welcoming and accessible, irrespective of ability or physical limitations, and Marc is able to adapt every element to suit each attendee.

Working on my breathing has been invaluable, as have the improvements to my posture, movement and pain control - both my physical and mental health have benefited immeasurably.

I find the Phoenix yoga practice to be a great balance between body and mind and really is an antidote to the stress and strain of modern life. It helps with awareness, ‘de-crunching’ and relaxation.
