Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making any booking or purchase. By completing a transaction with Phoenix Yoga France you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

General Principles

We aim to offer clear, fair and transparent policies for all our students and clients.
Because our classes, courses and digital materials are delivered in real time or provide instant access, most purchases are non-refundable once confirmed.
If we ever need to cancel an event or class ourselves, you will be offered an appropriate alternative or refund as detailed below.

Group Classes and Workshops

  • All group class passes, term bookings and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If you are unable to attend a booked session, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. However, for our online group classes you are welcome to attend another group class of the same length, in the same term, if you wish.

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel a class or workshop, you will be offered:

    • an alternative date or session; or

    • access to a pre-recorded class of equivalent value.

Courses, Teacher Training and Mentoring

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Balance payments are due by the stated date for each course.

  • If you withdraw before the course begins, we may, at our discretion, transfer your payment to a future course.

  • Once a course has started, no refunds are available for partial attendance, missed sessions or change of mind.

  • If we cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date.

Private Sessions

  • One-to-one classes and mentoring appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • Packages of sessions are valid for six months from the purchase date unless otherwise agreed.

Digital Products

This includes all downloadable or instantly accessible materials such as e-books, posture packs, templates, PDFs, and audio or video resources.

  • All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

  • By purchasing a digital product, you receive immediate access to the content and therefore waive your right to the 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we’ll ensure you receive your files promptly.

If We Cancel

In the rare event that we must cancel a class, workshop or course:

  • You will be offered a choice of rescheduling, receiving a suitable alternative, or obtaining a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund or Enquiry

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the above terms, please email us at Kate@phoenixyogafrance.com with:

  • your full name,

  • date of purchase or booking, and

  • a brief summary of the circumstances.

We will respond within five working days.
