Three Paths
Which one is yours?
Deepen your own practice
For anyone who wants to understand yoga more fully and has no current plans to teach.
Choose any modules that interest you, in any order, and take them at your own pace. Start with a posture group you want to understand properly or dip your toe into the theory that underpins your yoga practice with an introduction to the Viniyoga Approach or the Yoga Sutra. There’s no assessment and no certificate, just clear, unhurried study.
Offer: 15% off when you buy any three modules (use code SAVE15) or until 31 January 2027 take 30% off the two launch modules and explore the Viniyoga approach for just €83 and/or Samkhya for just €32 (use code SAVE30). The two offers don’t combine.
Fill the gaps in your training
For qualified teachers whose own training skipped the texts, the philosophy or the planning.
Choose your own modules or follow our suggested seven module advanced training:
- How the Viniyoga approach shapes your practice.
- Build a practice that fits the person.
- Make sense of the Yoga Sutra
- Plan your practice with Samkhya
- Understand the energy side of yoga.
- The foundation, and the fun extras
- Backbends for every body
That’s 80 hours of in depth study you can complete as quickly or slowly as you like, and it can count as CPD (please check with your professional body’s individual requirements, if this is important to you). Mentored study is also available afterwards if you want live feedback on your own teaching.
Offer: €475 for the advanced training bundle, or €599 if you buy the seven modules separately. Modules you already own can be credited at the price paid (contact us before booking and we’ll send you an individual booking link with the credit applied).
Path to teaching
For anyone who wants a GOYA-accredited 200-hour certificate, taken at a pace you can absorb.
Study all 17 modules (155 hours) in your own time, then learn to teach with real feedback. The 20-hour anatomy course (yoganatomy.com) and the 5-hour GOYA Business and Ethics unit are taken separately, and you complete both before you teach. You pass a first assessed class before you teach the public, practise with friends and family, and finish with a final assessed class. Along the way you get 12.5 live hours with Kate and Marc. There are no cohort dates and no weekends away.
Price: €1,545. That’s the 17 modules (€850, about €300 less than buying them separately) plus €695 for the practice teaching and business training. Anatomy and the GOYA unit cost extra.
Founding places: the first five students pay €750 for the modules, €1,445 in total, and help shape the final path with their feedback. Available until 31 January 2027 or until the five places are taken. Modules you already own are credited at the price paid, and instalments are available if your checkout location supports them.
Not sure which route to follow? Start with any module that interests you. They all count toward the full teaching path.

It may be the least showy part of yoga, but it shapes how every other posture works. Then comes Viśeṣa, the special postures you add for challenge, focus, balance and a bit of fun.
