Why choose private Yoga classes?
During a private Yoga class we use specialised Yoga to address the individual needs of a student and to promote better health.
Private Yoga sessions can help whether
you wish to practise Yoga but your schedule doesn't allow you to attend a regular class,
you prefer to practise on your own or with a small group of friends or family,
you're new to Yoga and want more personalised tuition to help you learn, or
you have a particular health need or goal that you would like to address.
We can offer private Yoga sessions at a time and place to suit you. Sessions can be for individuals or small groups. We also offer online alternatives for those who prefer this option.
What happens in a private Yoga classes?
At your first session we will complete a review of your current health, lifestyle and goals. We will then develop a practice that addresses your specific needs and fits into your life. You will leave the session with a personalised Yoga practice that you are able to work with at home if you wish to.
Subsequent sessions will then review your practice and make sure that you are still getting the most benefit out of your Yoga practice.
How long do sessions take?
Yoga sessions usually last for 60 minutes but can be longer if you prefer.
How often will I need a session?
For students who are looking to develop an ongoing Yoga practice or address a particular health condition we usually suggest that the first few visits are closer together.
Most ongoing students will then book a Yoga session every 4 to 6 weeks. However, we also have some students who prefer to work with us on a more frequent basis.
What do sessions cost?
One off sessions cost 40€ for 60 minutes when held either online or at our venue in 79110 (if you prefer us to come to you just let us know and we’ll provide you with a quote).
Alternatively, you can book a pack of 3 x 60 minute sessions (either online or at our venue) for just 99€ (all sessions to be used within 3 months of purchase).
