Class descriptions

Therapeutic Yoga and breathwork
(45 mins)

In this practice, we'll explore how the breath can help us connect with our bodies, calm our minds, and tap into our inner wisdom.

We'll experiment with techniques that can aid stress relief, increasing focus, and tapping into intuition and creativity. This class is suitable for all levels, with modifications offered as needed (max group size is 3 students).

Our 45 minute online Yoga classes cost 46€ for a 6 week fixed date term. A pro-rata option is available if you are starting with us mid-term.
