You don’t need another 200 hours.
You need a space to think, reflect, and get unstuck.
1:1 Mentoring Intensives for Yoga Teachers
This is for the yoga teacher who’s serious about what they do but tired of trying to make it fit someone else’s mould.
Whether you’re struggling to plan meaningful classes, questioning what to offer next, or simply want honest feedback from someone outside your bubble, a mentoring intensive can help.
You won’t get a script. You won’t get fluff. Just focused support, rooted in real practice.
What’s Included
Each Mentoring Intensive includes:
Three private 60-minute sessions over Zoom
1:1 support tailored to you, no one-size-fits-all
Practical follow-up notes after each call (optional)
Support between sessions by email if needed
Valid for 3 months so you can pace it your way.

FAQs
Q: Can I book just one session?
Yes, if you’ve worked with me before, or if you’ve completed a course like Revitalise or the Viniyoga CPD. Just get in touch.
Q: What if I’m not sure what to focus on?
That’s completely normal. The first session often helps clarify what’s really going on. We’ll talk it through and set a direction together.
Q: Is this a good fit if I’m just starting out?
If you’re new to teaching but already feeling like the mainstream approach doesn’t speak to you then, yes, this might be exactly what you need.
If you’re still exploring yoga primarily for personal development (rather than teaching), one of our student-focused courses like the Toolkit or Foundation Course may be a better place to begin. If you’re not sure, just get in touch and we can have a chat about the options for you.
