Go deeper into yoga, at your own pace

Short prerecorded modules rooted in the Viniyoga approach, with optional live workshops.

Take one for your own practice, or build toward a 200-hour teaching certificate.

How it works

  • Self-paced. Watch when it suits you. No cohort dates, no weekends away.

  • Standalone modules. Each one makes sense on its own. Nothing is compulsory unless you're working toward certification.

  • Live support. Optional 3-hour workshops and a live clarification session every month.
