Moving Without Making Things Worse

If you’re living with fatigue, you’ve probably tried resting, tried exercising, and tried being careful and still don’t feel confident about moving your body.

This programme is for people who can’t afford flare-ups or crashes, and who are tired of being told to push gently, pace better, or just manage.

This is not about fixing anything.
It’s about learning, through direct experience, what your body can tolerate without making things worse.

A 4-week guided programme for people who are tired, wary, and don’t trust what will happen if they move.

This is for you if…

  • You live with ongoing or fluctuating fatigue

  • You don’t trust what will happen if you move

  • Exercise has made you worse in the past

  • You want guidance, not pressure

  • You’re tired of advice that ignores how your body actually feels

This is not for you if…

  • You’re looking for a cure or a fix

  • You want a programme that promises improvement

  • You want targets, progression, or results to aim for

  • You’re happy pushing through discomfort

What this programme offers

By the end of four weeks, you will have direct experience of what kinds of movement your body can tolerate without making things worse.

That’s it.

Not more energy.
Not recovery.
Not improvement.

How it works

  • A closed, small group over 4 weeks

  • Two guided sessions per week (30–45 minutes)

  • Live sessions with recordings available

  • Clear permission to stop, adapt, or do less at any point

Each session is calm, conservative, and guided.
There are no targets to hit and nothing to achieve.

The aim is simply to notice:

  • what feels doable

  • what feels too much

  • what doesn’t cause a setback

You are learning from your body, not pushing it.

What this is not

  • This is not graded exercise therapy

  • This is not pacing or rehabilitation

  • This is not a fitness programme

  • This is not about building tolerance over time

There are no expectations of improvement.

We work day by day, within what is genuinely there, and we treat symptoms as information, not failure.

About your teacher, Kate

I work with gentle, breath-led movement and rest practices, informed by decades of teaching experience and my own lived experience of fatigue.

This work comes from a quieter, therapeutic lineage of yoga, very different from the exercise-based or performance-focused yoga many people are familiar with. I don’t lead with that word because it often gets in the way of people getting the help they need.
